It is a subtle process that takes years off one’s face – safely and naturally – while improving the patient’s overall health and emotional well-being.
Elizabeth’s dedicated practice of bodywork spans more than a decade. Prior to her work in acupuncture, Elizabeth graduated from the Massage Institute of New England where she trained in Swedish massage, deep tissue massage and lymph drainage techniques. After graduation she furthered her massage studies in Chinese Massage (Tui Na), Chakra Balancing, trigger point therapy, and acupressure. Elizabeth offers the valuable skill of incorporating these various techniques into her acupuncture treatments.
Elizabeth embraces an integrative approach to wellness and works to assist each patient toward optimum health and well-being. By combining acupuncture, herbal medicine, massage and lifestyle education, she tailors her treatment plans to meet the unique needs of each individual.
